I love making cold salads so I can eat healthy on the go, without the need of a microwave. Since I’m trying to limit carbs and boost protein, I decided to add chicken to some traditional salads. Here are 2 broccoli salads I made this week.

#tbt This was a fun shoot for an infommercial on a piece of fitness equipment. I remember the guy saying “Smiiiile! Remember, this is eeeeeasy and fuuuun” (while I do an exercise over and over and over for the perfect shot) …and me thinking “you do it 500 hundreds times buddy. This isn’t easy, it’s hard and I’m dying.”  Lol  It was a great experience.
